Return Instructions: Upon receiving your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product(s). Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error was made in processing your order.

Ship the Item: Return the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. Ensure that the items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase (PayPal or Payoneer).
- Refund Amount: The refund will be for the purchase price of the product(s) only. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or errors made by Freepeoples.store.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to:
- Underwear or intimates
- Swimwear (if hygiene seals are broken)
- Final sale items, or items marked as “Non-returnable”

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Shipping Fees
- A flat shipping fee of $6.99 is charged for all orders.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the item is defective.
9. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please ensure that you are familiar with your country’s import/export regulations. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
